Stylish City Centre Apartment

Recommended - great West End location, well-presented and homely apartment.

Pros: Great location. Spacious. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Responsive hosts.

Cons: Unfortunately a storm had caused some electrical damage which meant the electricity kept going off. The owners did their best to assist from a distance, and were as helpful as they could be, really. Also maybe consider some new pans?

Comfy well equipped apartment in a good location

Pros: Good location, very clear instructions from the host and good communication. Lovely comfortable apartment, very clean and well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood but shops and pubs just at the end of the road. Easy to hop on a bus into town.

An excellent comfortable property

Pros: A delightful property. Good area. Great location from the railway station. Spotlessly clean. Every detail had been thought about. It was just perfect. Comfortable, quiet. Super beds and pillows. I would definitely stay here again. The host Karyn was very responsive and very helpful and obliging.

Superb accommodation near centre of town.

Pros: I loved the bird lamp in my bedroom, loved the spacious accomodation. Superbly placed. Easy to get to everything. Beautifully decorated. Beds and bed linen were really comfortable. Enjoyed the welcome shortbread biscuits.

Cons: Nothing not to like. However, if I was to say anything it would be: a shortage of sockets for devices in the living area. There are two switches to turn fans for the toilet and bathroom on and off, situated in the hallway. They could do with being labeled. Not suitable for people who can't get down stairs as there are stairs down from street level to get into the property.

The accommodation made our stay in Edinburgh even more enjoyable.

Pros: The property was like a home from home, it was practical, warm, comfortable and very competitively priced. I would highly recommend staying there and will be recommending to family and friends. It was easy to get to off the tram, close to city centre and on a quiet street.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Great location, comfortable accommodation for a good stay in edinburgh.

Pros: The location is excellent for what we wanted to do, public transport, station etc. Quiet, comfortable flat, beds were good and had everything we needed.

Cons: We hadn’t received the check in email from booking.com so struggled to work out how to get in. There is no number on the door of the flat.

Absolutely great.

Pros: Breakfast? It's been our own responsibility. Location: Fabulous! Cozy, comfortablwe, clean. Everything we might have needed was there. Absolutely great.

Cons: Wi-Fi absent, but it wasn't the host's fault, it was the operator. Hopefully for other guests, temporrary, our bad luck. One single suggestion: A hand shower in the bath. One doesn't always need to wet hair with every shower, mainly when it's cold weather outside.

Cons: Difficult to turn down heating, painful corners on glass table, dishwasher seemed defective, lack of tv reception, permanent brewery smell in local air…all minor things however

Lovely basement flat . Clean . Central location . Well equipped kitchen.

Pros: Location! Modern. Decorated to a high standard. Clean. Comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Smell! Cooking smells from previous occupants. Flat needs to be aired out between lets maybe & a strong smell during the stay. We’re not sure what it was… Shutters in back bedroom didn’t close properly. Some black out blinds as well would’ve been perfect!

Don’t look further - book it

Pros: Amazing - clean, everything you need, spacious, perfect location, can’t fault anything. It has a full bathroom and separate WC, so ideal for a busy family getting ready. The host Kathryn made it a seamless experience. Definitely recommend & definitely will stay again.

Cons: Nothing - apart from we couldn’t stay longer
