Cosy retreat with all amenities on your doorstep.

Pros: The location was excellent, short walk from shops, restaurants and pubs. Gorgeous country walks within easy reach. The property was well appointed and very comfortable.

Pros: Amazing stay location is absolutely perfect in front of river to walk our door and right on high street next to shops and restaurants. Accommodation itself was lovely and clean with everything needed. Can't wait to book again.

Cosy, well situated ground floor home

Pros: Excellent location, at the end of the main street.,but still quiet. Comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom with shower over bath. The bath is a corner one which is deep for climbing in and out, but a strong hand rail is provided along with non slip grips in the bath. Comfortable sofas. Washing machine provided. Private outdoor area which would be lovely in summer (we visited in October). Good clear communication from the owner. Parking space right outside the property. WiFi was good. The home is all at ground level, but there is a small step between the kitchen and lounge. This is definitely somewhere we would stay again if we were in the area.

Cons: Unfortunately there was an issue with a bad smell. This was found to be from a previous occupants pet-, but should have been noticed and dealt with on cleaning between guests. Apart from that everything else was great

Lovely last min stay, super quiet and comfortable flat. Perfect wee place in Callander.

Pros: Lovely soft furnishings , very central & quiet.

Cons: No ventilation & stair door in living room but neighbour was quiet.

Pros: Well placed for walking into Callander and for touring the area. Good facilities and a very helpful owner. We hope to visit again.

Lovely flat in a great location, very dog friendly

Pros: great location central to everything, private parking space, enclosed garden safe for our dog millie. Flat had everything required for a week long stay. One min walk to the river just a great location.

Cons: Could do with an extractor in the kitchen area, as it seems the windows are painted shut?.

Accommodation clean, tidy and nicely decorated, location ideal for walking and cycling

Pros: The property had everything we needed for our stay and was ideally located for exploring both the town (on foot) and the surrounding countryside. Lots of local walks and cycle routes from Callander so the car was not neded. There are several eating and drinking places within walking distance.

Cons: The access code for the key safe was not sent early enough, I arrived 30 mins before my estimated arrive time and had to phone the owner for the code. I recieved an emailed 2 minutes before my estimated arrival time, 30 mines too late.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful location

Pros: Location was excellent with a supermarket opposite and walking distance of main street. Flat was clean, comfortable and compact, included everything you need for a holiday stay, including washing machine.

Cons: Lights in living room a bit dull even with lamp on but this is nit picking

Pros: Clean, modern and extremely well fitted out and supplied. Sunny garden and patio area ....great for afternoon drinks after our walks. Safe for our dog. Very convenient location in Callander,..Tesco opposite and close to a really good little bar which also offered home cooked food and live entertainment 2 days a week.

Cons: Could do with better ventilation...windows that opened and a more powerful extractor in the bathroom.
