Arran Ferry Apartment

Pros: The apartment was exceptional for the price, very clean. Central for pubs, restaurants, and round the corner from Asda for shopping.

Cons: Nothing really. Internet could be improved but that's just a minor issue tbh .

Excellent & comfortable! Accessible to shops,beach and roaming around Scotland.

Pros: Mandy is a great host,very accommodating and responsive to email and text. The apartment is clean and comfortable,we enjoyed our stay with kids. Accessible to shops and beach ,plus a bonus lovely breakfast.highly recommended!

Pros: Arran Ferry Apartment was perfect for our needs, Easy to find, parking right outside the door, Entry instuctions were full and complete, Close to local amenities, The accommodation was clean, neat and comfortable, Clean bedding and various appliances to ensure we were able to leave the property the same way we found it. Also, a few extra creature comforts and bonus breakfast was appreciated.

Cons: Nothing to dislike from our stay. The reason for our visit was of a personal nature... saying goodbye to a family member at Irvine.

Pros: Location was perfect for us. The host was friendly and helpful. Basic supplies were left for us which was appreciated after a long drive. The apartment is spacious and comfy. I would recommend the apartment.

Spot on

Pros: Everything was spot on. Clean, comfortable beds, central heating if required,kitchen has all that is needed,couple of minutes walk to the beach or harbour.

Large apartment close to the beach

Pros: We loved the location of this property as it was really close to our family who live there. The beach and shops were all very close and we really enjoyed our stay. We went for a meal at the local restaurant Oscar’s and really enjoyed it. We loved walking on the beach and collecting shells and everything was easy to get to.

Cons: There is only two things I could say we didn’t like and that was the mattresses as they were really uncomfortable so non of us slept well and on the outside of the back bedroom something kept banging and clanging on the wall all night due to the winds. From what we could see it was metal of some kind hanging from the satellite dish so when the wind blew, the banging from the metal was constant and really loud in the bedroom, other than those two things we had a great stay and I would have marked it a 10 if it wasn’t for the bed and noise.

Pros: We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights, the apartment was large and airy, very light and warm. Parking on the street was easy and there were restaurants on the doorstep along with the very useful Asda just around the corner. We collected the keys from a key box which was very easy as were the working instructions of the apartment. Thanks Mandy

Great for short break by the sea

Pros: Spacious, clean, warm with good facilities and very well located for walks along the seafront.

Cons: Nothing really, communal street entrance has seen better days but that’s not the fault of the apartment owner.

Great find

Pros: Great find. Very spacious property in a great location… which is central for exploring this little part of the world. Would be a great place to stay for a stop over before catching a ferry off to numerous islands. The local large asda is literally behind this property… curry on the corner a little bit down the road in Saltcoats is a fab Indian restaurant. We also took a trip into Largs which is a lovely little town. This whole area has Lake District vibe without the tourists.

Large comfy apartment with plenty of character.

Pros: Very well equipped and spacious apartment. We felt that the properety had a lot of character.
