Cedar Lodge

Pros: Very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Worth being aware it’s beside (set back from) the main road: it didn’t disturb us though. Lauren (host) was very helpful indeed.

Pros: Great location for exploring. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Comfy beds.

Cons: Traffic noise outside. Nowhere to put walking gear or dry any wet stuff apart from draping over garden furniture. Garden overgrown. I hadnt appreciated how difficult it can be with only one toilet, especially if its also the only shower.

Lovely Homely Cottage

Pros: A lovely little homely cottage just outside Oban. Very clean with all the facilities you could possibly need and a no- nonsense check in/check out process.

Night stay with family

Pros: We liked everything about this property it was beautiful.

Cons: Their was nothing we didn't like.

Cosy house 10 min ride from Oban center.

Pros: Cedar Lodge is a cute house with nice cosy interior. It is about 10 minutes ride from the center of the Oban. It has nice garden view. We feel like at home. It was local heating in rooms, which make them warm pretty quickly. We enjoy our stay here. I recommand walks in Ganavan Sands - there is a large land beach 13 min from the house.

Cons: There is no sea view there even it is pretty close to the sea. (I dont know why I expected it, I thought it was mentioned somewhere in the description). The position of the house on Booking map is not correct. The entryway to its plot is from A85. The stuff informed us before arrival.

Making Memories

Pros: huge garden and handy location. had everything you needed. ideal for 4 adults and 2 children.

Cons: shower head wouldn't stay up. a second toilet would have been appreciated. 6 people and only one bathroom was a little awkward at times.

Definately will be back when we are next in Oban!

Pros: Such a beautiful little cottage. So pretty and cosy. An amazing garden for the kids and had all the necessary things for our stay. The view of the garden from the living room was lush! Very clean too!

Brilliant host, excellent accommodation with comfortable beds and a brilliant wood burning stove!!

Pros: A perfect location, just out from Oban and very comfortable, warm and cosy! Ideal spot to get in from the rain and cosy in front of the fire!

Had a wonderful stay!

Pros: Great host.Responded promptly all the time. Very lovely, clean, comfy and spacious cottage. Nice gardens and outdoor space too. . All ground floor accommodation, and options of single and double beds helped as we had older parent and kid with us. A second toilet could be helpful if planning to get all ready in time but worked fine with little time management. Well located for transport options by car, bus or train but peaceful at the same time.

Great location for a Family stay.

Pros: Great location close to Oban, but away from town traffic.

Cons: everything was great
