Long weekend
Pros: Beautiful surroundings and everything required for a short break. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need and the welcome basket was also a nice touch.Rooms were comfortable and cosy. Garden was perfectly safe for dogs and thoughtful touches like, dog bed, dog bowls and a towel were provided. Enjoyed a morning cuppa outside watching the horses and pheasants and enjoying the beautiful view.
Cons: The access road was single track but not an issue as was very quiet.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Pros: Excellent location, not far from Killin and convenient for the Ben Lawers walks. Being a bit out of Killin it is very private with a great secured garden where the dog was able to safely explore. Inside the cottage there is lots of space and was very comfortable. Facilities in general were excellent and the pool table would have been well used had we not been very lucky with the weather during our stay. Would definitely recommend to others and would return.
Cons: For me, if a property is described as ‘pet friendly’ I would expect a dog to be able to behave as it does in its own house, within reason. This, and the secure garden, were the main reasons for choosing the property so it was disappointing to arrive to find rules requesting dogs are kept downstairs and off soft furnishings that were not mentioned on the property listing. The cooker hobs were also very difficult to cook with due to the strange automatic heat on/off feature.

Beautiful tranquil Countryside Cottage.
Pros: Lovely location with beautiful views over the fields and mountains. Fully kitty out cottage with everything you would need. Lovely comfortable beds too.
Cons: Would have been nice to have walked along the river by the wall but it was too overgrown and inaccessible from the gate.

Lovely cottage
Pros: We could really relax in this lovely cozy cottage surrounded by nature and a very nice garden. Although it’s in a tiny town it’s beautiful and there are great places to eat (we loved the salmon) furthermore it’s an awesome place for day trips. The house is fully equipped and exceeded our expectations. We felt at home. We totally recommend it.

Pros: Views were amazing, great enclosed garden for the dogs, very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen with everything you needed.
Cons: Could have left another toilet roll to save running out to the shops but that's just being picky.

Amazing stay in a lovely cosy cottage.
Pros: Very clean, comfortable, warm and cosy. Furniture and furnishings were lovely, loved the wool throws everywhere. Beds were comfy and warm. Wood burning stove was great, we had it on every evening. Kitchen was well equipped, nothing was missing! Plenty of storage. Location was excellent, loved the sound of the river, excellent cycling routes all around.
Cons: The feather bedding didn’t suit everyone, we didn’t love the taste of the tap water so bought bottled water to drink. Could have done with some matches for the first night to light the stove. But these were all minor things, we loved the cottage and had a great stay.
