Good stay for 4 adults or a small family

Pros: It was easy to collect, but have to pull the key box down to open, should know how to operate took me around 5mins to figure out

Cons: Wifi is bad, bedding was ok not great

It was convenient location to explore scottish highlands but it would be perftect if all the minor issues are fixed for

Pros: It was convenient location. Quiet and clean surroundings.

Cons: Lounge carpet was dirty, toilet seat was broken and uncomfortable. One of the dining chairs was broken. sofa was marked and not cleaned. Report the issues through email but no response from the manager.

Pros: Very quiet park, easy to find. Lodge is well equipped including a tassimo machine. On the whole was comfortable, clean and tidy and a great base to explore from. There are some cleaning materials, oil and condiments in the cupboards, spare pillows and bedding in the walk-in wardrobe, handwash in bathrooms, free WiFi and even dvd's and games. Fantastic price, however, there were a few little niggles.

Cons: Wouldn't say the park is luxury really, don't expect a view. Being picky, there are a few things in the lodge that need addressing, broken slats in the blind in the main bedroom, strange smell in the walk-in wardrobe, wall in en-suite where there's been a leak, main bathroom window isn't shut properly, but can't open it either, mould on shower ceiling, extractor doesn't work, lamp in twin bedroom doesn't work properly, carpets and sofas could do with a clean as there are a few marks and the information book really needs updating, so many things crossed out. Having said all that, the price we paid was excellent and didn't detract from our break away.

Pros: Location was good & easy to find, accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped & nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Our main issue was no available Wi-Fi, the WiFi listed in the information folder did not show as available, only another WiFi showed up as available but there was no password for it. Our other main problem was that the toilet seat in main bathroom kept coming off its fitting (left side peg hole is misaligned) but we managed to fix this ourselves 3 times - it does however need repaired, as it was definitely faulty when we arrived. The only other thing to mention is that the twin-bedroom door squeaks badly. However, on the whole we very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Very convenient location, well equipped holiday home. Better value than a hotel room. Good WiFi too!

Cons: Key safe fiddly and bent a fingernail back, but I think that’s just the way key safes are!!

Overall despite of the glitch we enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Overall it was excellent place to stay. The location was accessible and very quiet. . Perfect for our a week family holiday. 2 toilet and very spacious to run with our 13 months twins.

Cons: The blinds were very dusty. I find the cooker very difficult to flame.

Very clean, comfortable and relaxing

Pros: Large roomy lodge, set in peaceful grounds. Very well equipped with sunny outdoor seating area and free WiFi. Will definitely be back for longer stay.
