Lochinvar - Highland Log Cabin with Private Hot Tub

Excellent Hot Tub cabin

Pros: The cabin was one of the best we have been too. Really clean and well laid out. Sky TV, a decent little kitchen and a separate dining area. Hot tub was easy to use and had all good features.

Cons: Only he bed was a little uncomfortable, and the duvet a little too small, would prefer a larger one, but that's just picky. Hot tub no use afyer 10pm I understand, but maybe option to use without jets and no music later would be good

Anniversary treat & 1 we will never forget.

Pros: The location was stunning, the cabin was beautiful. A real sense of peace & tranquility. We also enjoy hearing the animals an night mainly horses. Pretty sure I also heard a donkey 😆 an owl & a Cockerell haha.

Cons: Only thing I could say wasn't ideal was the broadband not being available at all. We just used our 5g as we had a perfect signal so it wasn't an issue at all. Maybe would be am issue is someone had to use a laptop for work or something. But to us it didn't matter at all we loved it & we will be back again to try the other cabin next time.

Hot tub heaven, views to soak in no frills cabin

Pros: Clean and well maintained. Beautiful views, friendly host and family, hot tub ready and waiting for use. Nice decor and easy driving distance to many local areas of beauty/attraction.

Cons: Track up to property was in poor condition in some parts. Although small local shops nearby for takeaway and groceries you had to take car for a two minute journey as the road to them had no pavements and was quite risky over a narrow road on a very tricky bend. My fault for not double checking but there were no toiletries or small welcome pack (grocery) which we’ve always been lucky enough to find left for us at destinations in same price range. Given that you get this at the most basic hotels costing half the price, I was surprised the host hasn’t incorporated.

Was so peaceful beautiful view of farm and animals overall great value for money

Pros: It was clean grate size brilliant value for money it was very cozy and warm smelled beautiful and fresh on arrival

Cons: You could only stay in the hot tub till 10pm

Pros: The lodge was amazing. It could not have been better. The value for money was unreal.

Pros: The location was fantastic very peaceful, cabin was fantastic exactly like the photos, use of hot tub and fire pit perfect getaway for a few days would highly recommend

Pros: Everything. The cabin was very clean with everything you need for a short stay. The location was good with plenty of attractions close by. Lynda was very helpful on arrival with recommendations of places to eat and visit.

Cons: Nothing. Our visit was too short.

Beautiful relaxing weekend away

Pros: The hot tub was fab, it was a shame we couldn’t use it after 10pm but understandable so that others weren’t bothered by any noise. The cabin was clean and cosy and was on a lovely farm with beautiful views!

Relaxing

Pros: Very cozy, clean and private. Hot tub was a brilliant bonus! Lynda was brilliant when it came to any queries and also giving us directions when we got lost.

Cons: Check-in / check-out times were quite unfortunate. Only got 1 full day due to check in being so late and check out being very early. Also no logs provided for the fire pit so we got no use out of it on our first night before buying some the following day.
