We had a wonderful week at Faodail

Pros: We had a fantastic weeks stay between Christmas and new year. We were met by the host when we arrived and shown to our home for the week. The properties are attached to the back of the hosts house but you feel completely separate. We had everything we needed for a self catering stay. We cooked everyday. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower room/ toilet (which was down stairs) was warm and we had a choice of soft towels, the views were beautiful and the space is private. Parking is around the corner of the building, the host did offer to help with our things. Heating is adjustable to your need, it was -7 when we stayed and we were more than comfortable. We brought an Amazon fire stick to use with the television and that worked great, along with the WiFi. There is plenty of recycling bins as well which was very handy. There is so much to do in Aberfoyle and plenty of walks straight from the door. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Cons: I would have personally like the electric shower to be more powerful. But it was always lovely and warm.

Pros: An absolutely lovely stay, I would highly recommend. Very spacious cottage with everything you require (very well stocked kitchen). The hosts are absolutely lovely and attentive. They were more than happy to provide local recommendations and advise. If you're a walker this is an ideal location, I would 100% recommend - book this stay, we'll be returning!

Pros: Laura & Richard were on hand at all times and both were really good hosts, we wish them well with their business they deserve to do well

Perfect space and even better location

Pros: Great location, beautiful views and loads of space. It had everything we needed within the property and hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. We were on a cycling holiday and everything was on our doorstep.

Pros: the space in the room, the views were incredible. Hosts were so friendly and helpful

Pros: Loved the accomodation very clean comfortable and dog friendly..and Laura and Richard where very welcoming and friendly and are very knowledgeable about all the walks and restaurants you could go to around the area. And the generous welcome pack when we arrived at the cottage was very generous. We will definitely be back to stay.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.
