Pros: We loved staying at this place, lovely, cosy, warm place. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay, kitchen has all you need to sort yourself dinner etc :) Very clean as well. Host was great, making sure we found our way there and answered any questions we might have had. Will stay again :)

Gorgeous apartment in a great location!

Pros: Fantastic location, brilliant to have dedicated parking. Property was so comfortable and clean, felt like a proper home away from home. Super handy for the wee pub over the road, has a corner shop for any bits you need and is in easy walking distance of Polmont station for links to Stirling, Glasgow & Edinburgh.

Comfortable stay, close to Edinburgh

Pros: The property was cozy, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained, with a lovely fresh scent throughout. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of clean towels provided. Adequate amounts of toiletries were available, including toothpaste. Charlie was a fantastic host—very helpful, quick to respond, and gave clear, easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the property. The kitchen was well equipped, the heating system worked perfectly, and the water pressure was excellent. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the nearby train station, and free resident parking was available.

Pros: The Communication was great from Charlie they are always happy to help 😊 The pictures dont do the flat justice so much more space than we thought from looking at the pictures. We could of packed so much less as everything we should of needed was available in the flat. We will be returning again in the future

Perfect, spacious apartment.

Pros: Well equipped apartment close to train station and less than 30 minutes from Edinburgh. Plenty to see in Falkirk too. Chinese takeaway across the road along with a convenience store. Off street parking. Everything about this place was spot on for us.

Cons: Absolutely no dislikes.

Pros: An absolutely wonderful find! Located 10 minutes from the town centre. Perfect location. Beautifully spacious, clean and better than described.
