Good holiday accommodation in central Oban

Pros: The apartments are very convenient in the centre of Oban sea front and we had great views across the bay from the third floor window. Staff were very helpful and apartment had everything we needed for a family holiday.

Wonderful views with comfort & convenience - highly recommended

Pros: The views from the kitchen-diner & lounge are fantastic - constant entertainment throughout all the weather changes - especially helpful when two of our group had limited mobility & spent more time at the apartment than originally planned. Everything is well-organised with comfortable beds, good showers/bath (including plenty of hot water), and everything you need in the kitchen for a week’s self-catering. The airing cupboard was an unexpected bonus - great help for drying coats & minor washing. Parking and lift were easy to navigate and reliable. The two receptionists we met were pleasant & helpful.

Cons: Minor things - there was no hairdryer - and although there was a broom, there was no dustpan & brush (?oversight?). Don’t be put off by the building being less attractive than other ‘period’ properties in town - the comfort, convenience and especially the views definitely outweigh other options in this price range!

Pros: The staff were great. We had advised that we would be arriving late, around 9pm (beyond normal arrival slot) and Paula phoned on the day of arrival to make arrangements for key collection.

Delightful property in central position on Oban Esplanade.

Pros: Very Spacious apartment. Fantastic views over Oban Bay. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed with good bed linen. Efficient heating. Plenty of hot water. Good shower. Good private parking.

Cons: No Hair dryer.
