Lovely view

Pros: Always a lovely stay here with a wondeful sea view. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything u could need, and has a nice large bathroom with walk in shower

Pros: Everything was perfect. Location was superb and property was fully equipped with everything imaginable.

Cons: Can't think of anything other than couldn't figure out the heating or TV but maybe that's cause we're ancient.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, comfortable and has an incredible sea view. Spacious yet cosy, and had everything you would need. Location ideal not on a busy main road, but close to all local stores and amenities within walking range.

Cons: The only thing we would say would be that the pillows on the bed were very thin to sleep on and didnt provide a huge amount of support. Absolutely not a deal breaker, but the only negative we could point out.

Well maintained apartment in an excellent location.

Pros: The location of the apartment was amazing, and we were lucky enough to find a parking space right outside. Our view was beautiful and even the weather was pretty good. The apartment was very well maintained and seemed to have everything that one could want, with plenty of cupboard and storage space.

Cons: Having said that the apartment seemed to have everything that one could want, there was one missing item - there was no socket to use / charge shaver or electric toothbrush. The problem, however, was easily fixed as we managed to buy an adapter that connected to the 3pin sockets. With all the furniture etc in the apartment being new or fairly new, it was a surprise that the mattress appeared not to be in a very good state. Wonderful stay in a lovely flat with stunning views

Pros: This flat is in a perfect location with stunning views, and it's so comfortable and cosy. Have stayed there twice already and would go back again.

Great View's..

Pros: Everything was clean, and everything you need for self-catering . We would definitely go back. The sofa bed in the living room was comfy.. The views are amazing..

Cons: The mattress needs replacing, which was very uncomfortable.

Great location

Pros: Great location and facilities. Lots of bedroom drawers and wardrobe which was useful. Beautiful views. Comms great. Parking nearby easy to find.

Cons: Double bed is on the cosy side but if you don't mind being snug then it's ok

Great view

Pros: Lovely apartment with fabulous views. I love sitting at the window and just relaxing. Stayed here a few times now and i always look forward to coming back. I always enjoy an early morning run along the sea front in Largs which is right on the doorstep and so having a washing machine is handy. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need and bathroom has a great walk in shower. Lots to do in Largs with nice walks, shops, and good places to eat, and apartment is close to everything. Fabulous acommodating host and caretaker Linda is very helpful and responsive to messages. Look forward to my next visit.

Cons: TV buffering has been fixed since my last visit :) Loved everything, only slight negative is lounge window can sometimes leak in winter when its pouring down, but even that doesnt put me off as its a gem of a place.

Ideal place to stay in Largs

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the Anchorage. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with fabulous views. We found it to be clean and very well equipped and in an ideal location, close to all amenities.

Spacious apartment, perfect location

Pros: Amazing view and sound of the sea. Very spacious for a one bedroom flat. Right in the town and by the ferry.

Cons: Bed was a bit soft, not many kitchen utensils/ pans.
