Pros: Lovely spacious granny flat with everything we needed.

Cons: Affordability is always a bit of an issue but appreciate that is the going rate these days.

Pros: Appeared the be very private despite being attached to the owners house. Was far more spacious than expected. The garden area was lovely to relax with a coffee in the morning sunshine. Very clean and tidy. Great communication with the owner. Off-road parking in the city was a bonus.

Mid week two night visit

Pros: Lots of space and plenty of storage. Comfortable bed, and terific shower room. Road can be busy at peak travel times, but come the evening was very quiet. Other than keeping the curtains closed for getting dressed, hardly noticed the trains go by. We were lucky with the weather and got to use the outdoor patio space to relax in. Good transport links

Cons: As others have commented wifi can be slow, but for our leisure needs did what we needed.

Excellent base for city break, comfortable and well located - would stay again

Pros: Great location very close to train for city centre. Safe off-street parking. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated apartment in a quiet residential area. Great communication from host.

Cons: Internet connection was slow.

Really nice, spacious apartment, just a couple of gripes.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, very spacious, well equipped kitchen, free parking on gated drive, comfortable furniture. The family was very helpful when I rang and offered local guidance.

Cons: Incredibly slow wi-fi, had to switch to data on my phone as impossible to work on laptop when connected. Train track runs along the back if the house which is a little noisy but I understandcant be helped. When I plugged my laptop in I noticed a pair of ladies knickers on the floor, pointed them out on a note when I left but this was never acknowledged. Tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen which was lovely but no milk, would have been a nice touch to leave either a half pint in fridge or some of those individual cartons.

Pros: Really nice place, we were there with our son.. it was a great little place.. very clean and well furnished.. really good transport links to the city..
