Beautiful apartment but only stay in colder months

Pros: Location was great, the size and space in the apartment was great nice and clean and modern. Kitchen had everything you need and lots of workspace. Parking space an added bonus (although you have to pay extra for this £20 a night)

Cons: Underfloor heating on when we arrived so flat was far too hot, no air conditioning which would be fine if the windows could open wider. This would put me off staying in summer months as I’m sure it would be unbearable. Shame as that is literally the only downside to the property

Pros: The apartment was spotless and accessible. It was warm, welcoming and the beds were super comfortable. More spacious than we thought.

Cons: A bit of noise from surrounding flats during the night but that can't be helped as there was soundproofing. We didn't hear the traffic at all, just music from the flat above. Ear plugs were needed.

Really easy process from booking to check out. Great location and well appointed flat for a weekend stay.

Perfect location, reception often slow to respond to questions or requests and no info on how to ‘check out’ I had asked

All in all a very pleasant stay in a clean and spacious apartment. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if the mobil

Pros: Very close proximity to the Kings Theatre which was the purpose for our stay. Very clean and comfortable and staff very helpful with the problems getting the mobile key!

Cons: No mirrors in the bedrooms which made it very difficult to use hairdryers or hair straighteners and no plug points near a mirror. The app to get the mobile key didn’t work and we spent an awful lot of time and numerous emails between ourselves and the staff trying to sort the problem. They ended up having to give us a key card which worked fine but it would have been a huge problem if it was outwith reception hours.

Pros: Spacious, quiet and next door to the theatre. The bed was comfy

Cons: A bit of delay getting the key as I didn't receive the email with instructions. Made a quick call and was sorted within minutes. The bed kept moving, needs locks for the wheels.

Great, will book again in the future.

Pros: Great location, genuinely nice apartment. Comfortable too.

Cons: There was a ‘toilet’ smell when I first entered the flat and it took a while to get rid of it. The coffee machine leaks very easily. Could do with a hot water warning on the kitchen hot water tap, it’s practically boiling within seconds of having it on.

A comfortable and convenient stay in a great central location.

Pros: The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was excellent for getting around Glasgow, and the facilities were well maintained and easy to use.

Cons: Nothing in particular. The stay met my expectations and everything worked as it should.

Pros: The apartment was very close to all the shops, restaurants etc. It was clean and had all the utensils you could need, including coffee tea bags sugar and equipment for cooking and cleaning. Tv channel.selection very good too.

Cons: Rooms were very warm in morning and the bedroom door could have done with a stopper to keep open to let cool air flow through. Having to pay a deposit of £250 is a bit steep in my opinion. Also having to use mobile phone as a key was not something I like as anything can happen to a phone.
