Glasgow River Clyde Hydro Aprt

Pros: Very clean and spacious. Location on the edge of Glasgow not particularly fancy however very handy for accessing both the city centre and the west end, as well as only a short drive from the airport.

Cons: Availability of cutlery and plates limited, a few more would be an improvement.

Overall a great place to stay

Pros: Great location on the river, very clean, spacious and well equipped.

Cons: Unfortunately there is a building site next to the building and it was very noisy during the day.

Pros: Location was good, property was a good size and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and some welcome drinks/snacks.

Cons: The shower in the en-suite needs attention, the drain must be partially blocked as water kept backing up, shower head leaked and the slide bar no longer works. Also nowhere in the shower to put shower gel, shampoo etc. all fairly minor things which would make things even better.

We had a lovely stay and it was very comfortable.

Pros: The property was so much bigger than we had excepted, the decor is very nice and modern. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of storage in the bedrooms.

Pros: Great location, excellent price, had everything we needed for a short stay.

Cons: Could have had communication earlier in the day / before day of arrival with instructions on finding the keys. Everything else met expectations.

Great Location, Very Comfortable

Pros: The flat is much larger than the pictures seem and was well furnished. The host was easy to contact and ensured our stay was comfortable.

Cons: We had some issues with the WiFi although this seemed to be an issue with the provider, The host was quick to arrange an engineer to correct it.

Great location for events and lovely flat.

Pros: Gaining access to the key & flat was well detailed and easy and upon getting into the property, the cleanliness was immediately noticeable and the place felt warm & welcoming with nice little touches including a Scottish snack selection and tea/coffee/ hot chocolate facilities. The location is fantastic if you are exploring the Clydeside, the Science centre or going to an event at the Hydro or the Secc, which are all within a short walking distance. The beds were comfortable, the seating area was comfortable and the kitchenette was pretty well equipped. The host was helpful and informative without being imposing (a huge plus) and the overall stay was enjoyable. On top of that, the view from the flat over a decent section of the Clyde with the sun hitting the opposite buildings at night and then hitting the flat windows in the morning made the place feel very relaxed. Overall, a really good stay!

Cons: There was nothing I could really pick on as being a negative.

Pros: Great place to be- superb views, easy to find and get to, all we needed, spacious rooms, very comfortable, felt safe and secure, warm welcome. Good value for money.

Pros: Very nice overall, nice apartment, staff extremely helpful. Only smudge in the whole experience was the imperfect cleanliness and the lack of enough towels, but all in all we enjoyed our stay. The view towards the Clyde was a great plus, due to the building next to us being demolished at the time, but alas! Obviously only a temporary extra...
