Pros: It was central to town, fabulous apartment. Looked newly renovated and cosy with the 2 different levels.

Cons: It was a little cold at night in the bedrooms and lounge but am guessing that it’s due to the weather and being on the top floor even with the heating on. The sink in the first bathroom was blocked.

Overall, a good stay with great location and responsive hosting.

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect, and the car park garage was a huge plus—very convenient and appreciated. The rooms were large, and filled with light, and the beds were comfy, making for a pleasant stay overall.

Cons: There were a couple of downsides: the carpet and sofa could have been cleaner, and we initially had trouble getting the heating to work. However, the host responded quickly and efficiently via messages, and the issue was resolved soon after. It’s also worth noting that the property is on the top floor, so be prepared for a lot of stairs.

Pros: The clean apartment in a convinient location , great facilities.

Pros: The location was excellent and the place was very spacious.

Cons: 3 flights up. 70 stairs .. although it is standard for most of Europe but that wasn’t mentioned when I was booking. Glad our parents weren’t with us so it was ok.

A lovely stay in a comfortable well set up apartment that has a great location.

Pros: The property was spotless. It was well equipped and comfortable and was in an excellent location. It was easy to find places to eat and shop and the folder provided had some great recommendations for both. We loved having the option to cater breakfast ourselves and to sit and play games in the evenings.

Cons: -The stairs…. Dragging bags up was a pain but it was probably good to work off the good we’d eaten! -It was also tricky to drop off when we arrived. We didn’t realise that stopping a car outside would be a problem and we couldn’t go round to the garage until we had picked up the remote from inside the property. We worked it all out, and maybe there was advice we missed saying to park on Charlotte Square (which is what we did after twice round the city!) and sort out the keys before sorting out the car. -The main bathroom sink didn’t drain properly: It probably needs a plumber.

Fantastic place to stay

Pros: Location was brilliant. At the end of Rose Street. Beautiful apartment with high speck finish. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cons: The stairs are a challenge but definitely worth the effort.

Pros: Great space with the kitchen diner on one floor and tv and reading space upstairs. Bedrooms are well proportioned and so comfortable.

Cons: Lots of stairs - but needed the exercise after dining at Edinburgh’s finest!
