Great location - but generally overpriced with a few minor annoying things

Pros: Great location - easy to get into the property - one nice bedroom, one other one nice but small, living room great, tiny kitchen. Lovely decor in some rooms (ie lovely Scottish pictures and books and original features) Really loved the main bedroom which had good amount of extra sockets for chargers, lovely garden. Loved the heavy big doors propped open with doorstops. Loved the tidiness.

Cons: The price is too high for what it was, even during Fringe. The flat itself is lovely some details which are easy to fix and were a bit on the lazy side - the shower pressure was poor for a place used as an airbnb ie it has clearly been owned and used as an airbnb for years so an investment in a decent shower pump would be fair. Not particularly nice comms re how to get there - it's a management company and they sound like they just don't care - they emailed - \
