A wonderful place to share a special time with my grandson who is about to turn eighteen.

Pros: It was a lovely spacious apartment that provided us with such homely comfort. It was in an ideal location with easy access to transportation.

Cons: We enjoyed it all.

Comfortable and good location!

Pros: Great flat, located in a quiet residential street but with a vibrant neighbourhood and public transport just around the corner. Very happy with the communication with the host.

Cons: The additional sofa bed isn't the most comfortable (the beds are, though).

Pros: This property is located on a quiet street just a 5 minute walk from Haymarket station making it super easy to get around and explore all the area has to offer. Quiet evening walks around the neighbourhood were thoroughly enjoyed as we stumbled across cathedrals, beautiful grounds, architecture, etc. Being exhausted after flying for so many hours, the request for early check in was granted…. So grateful! Also, the Nespresso machine on site was a great, and appreciated, addition!

Cons: Overall, the beds were not the most comfortable, and the fitted sheet provided for the hide-a-bed was for a single bed and did not fit, requiring us to hunt around for a sheet that would fit. Overall, not a big problem, except that we were up for nearly 30 hrs by that point and were all exhausted and just wanted to go to bed.

Very nice apartment that reflects the classical style of the city.

Pros: Period feel, lovely living room with Scottish touches like the thistle wallpaper. Great location near the tram for Princes Street.

Cons: You need to warn prospective visitors that parking is difficult and point to websites where parking is available.

Lovely quiet apartment, close to Princes Street and public transport

Pros: The flat was just around the corner from the Haymarket station, so great for trains, trams and buses and one stop from Princes street. It was also extremely quiet. The flat itself is beautiful and very comfortable and the only stairs being the ones to the front door. The kitchen is fully equipped with many dishes, pots and pans.

Highly recommend to friends and family for a return visit

Pros: This place is fantastic. Easy travel location and a pleasure to return to after a long day out.

Pros: Really close to Haymarket station. Quiet neighbourhood. Loveley decor. We really enjoyed the table in front of the windows.
